Recently, agricultural products security issues have been frequently exposed, making extremely negative effect on people’s livelihood and social economic development and being among the top concerns of people and governments around the world. In order to crake down the fake-product phenomenon, a fine quality control of growing fields’environment and processing standardization of agricultural product, especially the informationizing management from field to market, must be established, which plays an important role in building agricultural brand certificate. With the technical support of latest information technology and geographic information technology, informalization china agriculture and villiage are achieving informalization. As one of the hot issues in agriculture area, various of techniques which apply into anti-forgery system of agriculture product, has facilitated in improving agriculture QA(quality assurance) system and the enhancement of brand competitiveness.As one of the local special product, LongJing Tea, has been picked as the main research target. A system has been found by research into the source tracing of LongJing tea and the management of its growing field, LongWu Tea Garden and MaoJiaBu Tea Garden. In aming to contribute into the development of LongJing tea industrial chain, the paper analyzed the needs in each one of the industrial process from manufacture to distribution. Besides that, the system has integrated the information collected before, during and after the tea production, focused on WebGIS technology, relies on the ArcGIS Server and relational database, adapted Flex and iOS application development techonology.The whole LongJing tea source tracing and growing field management system could be applied both on PC and mobile platforms. The functions of the comprehensive information service system for manufactures and consumers have been listed below:(1) Information management during manufacture processAdministrators could conveniently import data during the manufacturing state, like usage of fertilizer and pesticide, into Web terminal, and upload the information into central database. They could also easily check information of tea garden through WebGIS map, modify (add, delete or update) operating authorization based on objective allocate status. The easy-to-use mobile operation system could also bring convenience to tea famers in inputting information on outside field.(2) Real time monitoringBased on Google map background and Internet of the Thing, the system could improve visualized information of tea product field including real time weather,field video and24hours meteorological forecasting, which offers data support for precision agriculture.(3) Suitability evaluation Through space attribute query system, administrators can view the suitability distribution of tea fields, Besides that, the evaluation result according to the environmental factors scoring system, which was based on the suitability evaluation model, helps managers in making more reasonable strategies.(4) Plant diseases and insect pests diagnosisBased on the plant diseases and insect pests diagnosis expert model, farmers and administrators could diagnose the plant diseases and insect pests through mobile applications even in the field. This function well offers advice in making plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control measures.(5) Product information tracingBy scanning two-dimension code in their mobile phone, or entry security code on their PC, consumers could easily access to the detailed information of the product (e.g. product authenticity, country of origin information, product certification and store information). Moreover, the WebGIS technology, in the meantime, would present information like the growing filed and store map location, as well as the on live monitoring and real time weather to consumers. Such information would trigger higher interests for LongJing Tea consumers, also promote brand image in a fresh way.
