Anti-counterfeit and identification technologies are required urgently in manyfields. RFID technology possesses widely application requirements in the fields ofAnti-counterfeit and identification for its features of reusable, reliable and high securityperformance and so on.A digital circuit design of RFID tag is reasearched in this paper. Based on the studyof ISO/IEC15693protocol and Information technology/Radio frequencyidentification/Air interface communication protocol of supporting security protocol at800/900MHz, a safety and low power framework is put forward in this paper, and thedesign of modules of the framework is implemented. In addition, a security algorithmmodule is utilized in this paper, which strengthened the security protection of thecommunication data. The power consumption of digital circuits is reduced by adoptingthe method of frequency division and clock gating.In this paper, the digital circuit system and some key modules are simulated onbehavioral level, and the FPGA verification is conducted for digital circuits system.Analysis result of circuit power consumption is also given in this paper. Related resultsindicate that secure encrypted communication function can be achieved by this design.
