The Application Research On Film Attaching Of Silk Screen

With the continuous development of display technology, flat panel displaytechnology has become the mainstream display technology, in various types of flatpanel display manufacturing process, the attachment technology that attaches one kindof material to the other is used in abundant. As the flat panel display industry growscontinuously, the attachment technology has been widely used, including: platformroller wheel attaching, silk screen box attaching, balloon attaching, vacuum attaching,direct-pressing attaching and so on. Silk screen box attaching is a new technology, ithas the features of few attachment defects, small damage to attachment materials, wideapplicability (hard to hard, soft to hard, soft to soft).The application of silk screen box in machines originated in the screen printing.With the development of attachment technology in recent years, it was used inattachment technology gradually. The usage of silk screen box is built on productionpractice, and lack of the guidance of theory and mathematical models, so itsdevelopment has been hindered. Silk screen box is formed by stretching the silk screenon a frame. The force of the silk screen box in attachment is not same as the one inscreen printing, except for the pressure of the roll (similar to the doctor blade in thescreen printing), the whole seal screen is subjected to a large vacuum suction. Becausethe silk screen is very thin, which is about0.1mm, the force will cause a largedeformation, so the calculation of the stress, deformation, and frame stiffness is veryimportant. It is difficult to analyze and calculate the force of the silk screen using thetraditional method, so the research of theory and mathematical model is urgently needed.This paper mainly researches the silk screen box using in the attachment, whichanalyzes the force and deformation of the silk screen and the frame of differentmoments in the attachment process with SolidWorksCOSMOSXpress, so that theattachment precision and quality in production can be improved and the basis can beprovided for the silk screen box design and the silk screen selection.
