Rotating Machinery Condition Monitoring System

The basic information of rotating mechanic inspecting system was introducedfirstly in this article , then expound the sub-system of rotating mechanic inspectingsystem. According to the background of this project, we analyse the main function ofrotating mechanic inspecting system.With comparing and testing, the whole frame areprocessing data with DSP(Digital Signal Process) and key controlling with MCU.In the following chapter, we introduced the signal transforming, synchronalsampling, A/D transformation in data processing's order. This system samplessynchronally in cycle the 12-route-monitor-signal with the core of A/D MAX1228 inMAXIM company.In the data processing part, we introduced the peripheral circuit design and chipconfiguration for TMS320VC5409 DSP, this part performs the data processing whichis acquired from A/D sampling through serial port.In the controlling part, we introduced the controlling part design with core ofMCU 80C196KC in Intel company, this part includes communication interface,human-machine interface, data storing, decoder, power monitoring circuit. This partrealizes ending controlling function.And then ,we introduce the system software design. The software exploitation ismainly using the CCS of DSP, hardware emulation mode and emulator of DSP.Finally, with respect to the problems in debugging and testing process, we dosome analyzing, present the practical solutions and look forward to advancedresearch.
