Fuses in order to adapt the modern information technology and smart technology requirements, to achieve high precision Fuse and warhead coordination, designed with the microcontroller core, fuse safety circuit. And test of electromagnetic interference issues that appear in the electro-magnetic interference. Power supply isolation, signal isolation technology for information processing and timing control to achieve sound judgment and implementation to fully enhance the reliability of the system.Paper introduced the characteristic and status quo of drones, analyzed fuze development course, fuse control circuit to design methods. Using isolation in the modular design of hardware circuit design method on the input and output interfaces in order to achieve good anti-interference ability, thus improving system security, FPGA advantages of speed, the use of flexible, scalable application to micro-controller design. Information through serial communication with flight controllers cross-linking, fuse status output through the SPI interface to test the system. It analyses for its reliability and electromagnetic compatibility.Last design using Protel99SE to schematic and PCB design and prototype device selection was completed to meet the requirements of the circuit. Prototype in the laboratory experiment many times the circuit with initiation, verifying the stability of prototype work. Through a PC serial port debug data to verify the reasonableness of communication. Through electromagnetic compatibility test and evaluation of the prototype in complicated electromagnetic environment adaptability.
