| With the rapid development of electronic technology, and modern warfare on a higher smart fuze system, the smart fuze plays a decisive role in weapons destruction.This paper analyzes the types of fuzes, status and trends, focus on the composition, design and features of the smart fuze. Fully utilize high calculating speed, high accuracy and rapid database searches, real-time features of DSP, the paper designs the software and hardware department of the fuze control systems. The system has been tested to achieve its expected functions, improve the accuracy and realize the intelligence, improve the speed, reduce the errors, and functions are easy to be expanded, moreover, these features can be realized by software modifications only.Hardware : including the smallest DSP systems, signal acquisition, conditioning and trigger module design; also the key hardware components : A/D (Analog to Digital) and the DSP program interface provides detailed analysis and design.Software : descripted the CCS system software environment and the realization of the composition process, including the design of the procedures algorithm, the main control procedures, command file, conversion program, the burning process, interrupting file.This paper exposite hardware and software development process and methodology of the control system. The paper has some reference value for other system development based on DSP.In the experimental section, the paper introduced a software simulation and hardware emulation methods and results of operations. The functions of the system have been tested. Finally, the innovations and further work carried out summary and presentation. |
