The Design And Implementation Of A Bank Personal Financial Management System Based On Data Mining Technology

In recent years, as the sustained and rapid economic development of China,personal income level increases unceasingly, more and more investors are interestedin finance. Facing the huge potential demand for bank personal financial business,increasingly fierce competition appears among the commercial banks. After more thanten years of development, commercial banks has completed the centralization of data,and that how to extract valuable information from the bank data to explore potentialmarkets, identify potential customers and seize the high quality clients, improving theability of financial product development, innovation and supply and abtaining greaterprofits have become the problems for commercial banks to be considered and activelyto solve.Data mining technology is developed under the background of a huge amounts ofdata need to be accumulated and the data analysis needs to be solved. The use of thistechnology in the commercial banks makes "data-to-knowledge" be possible, and caneffectively help banks to solve those problems.In commercial banks, taking thecustomer data as the center to establish data warehouse, using data mining technologyto carry out statistical correlation analysis on the seemingly no associations amongthe huge amounts of data and extracting useful information for the banks’ businessdevelopment, have become a more powerful competitive weapon for banks.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic, theresearch content and the research methods, and then, proposes the design goals andprinciples of personal financial management system, analysises the user needs andfunctional requirements of the system. Then, based on the main task of the overalldesign of the system and the stage of design,it completes the detailed design of thewhole system from the six aspects of initial module file design, interface design,interface design, system module design, system management of income andexpenditure statistics management module, system management module. Finally,based on the basic development environment on personal financial managementsystem and tools,it completes the design of the whole system of personal finance anddevelopment process through the realization of subsystem, payment managementsubsystem, data management subsystem,system management subsystem and datamining technology of user login management. This paper hopes to provide some ideas for the development of personal financial services of domestic banks, and providessome help for their effective participation in the competition, improves the quality ofservice and the ability to cope with the challenge of foreign banks.
