ABSTRACT:With the city speed up to the process of modernization, and the construction of the large buildings, venues and road. A large number of abandoned buildings in mud and muck was generated. Because of the lack of effective supervision and reasonable solution, slurry residue are dumped everywhere, causing river silting, muddy roads and traffic chaos, which bring enormous negative influence to the environment.Therefore, create a real-time and efficient, sustainable visualization system to supervise the construction muck with the help of information technology and optimized management has become a pressing matter of the moment.The thesis analysis the shortcomings of the traditional management system and management method of relevant regulatory issues, demonstrates the necessity of the development of a new information construction waste regulatory system under the background of Intelligent City and urban intelligent system. The paper takes Ningbo city construction muck supervision system as the actual background. The thesis discusses the network infrastructure of the system, the system uses workflow technology, digital video capture technology, mobile communication technology, the wireless WIFI technology, RFID radio frequency identification technology and GPS positioning technology. The system also proposes a new data synchronization algorithm which compiles difference-based data synchronization algorithm and complete data synchronization algorithm. The system realized intelligent, spatial visualization of construction waste transport disposal, can help with the optimization of construction waste regulatory process. Through the analysis of the operation data of the construction waste transport disposal system, the results shows that the system is useful and efficient. Finally, the paper analysis the existing problems in the implementation of this system, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.The visualization system, and terminal pay-off system have pointed out the direction for the city building muck transport disposal regulation development and guides a constantly mature road to completely solve problems of the waste disposal process.
