On the basis of this,it builds the knowledgeontology counseling case library. Then use SWRL rule base constructed psychologicalcounseling.It better able to respond to ontology reasoning and inquiry.And it convertsSWRL rules to Jess rule, the OWL ontology into Jess the facts by used Jess reasoningmachine.2, For case-based reasoning in the core of case similarity calculation problem,based on the analysis of similarity calculation method, the paper designs the text type,degree type, numeric types, time, type and so on a variety of data types of similaritycalculation method..And through data based on real cases of psychologicalexperiments to verify the effectiveness of similarity calculation algorithm and thereasonableness of the rule-based reasoning, supplemented by case-based reasoningscheme.
