With the development of science and technology, there is a rapid development inelectronic technique、Photoelectronic technique and computer technology. For thereason of their development, the technology of three-dimensional topography ofobject has taken on a new look. For the quick acquisition of data、high resolution andnon-invasive detection,the technology of non-contact three-dimensional topographyof object has shown a widely application prospect in a lot of fields, such as aerospacefield、industry detect field、medicine and biomedicine field and machine visual field.Therefore it is to be considered the best technology of three-dimensional topographyof object.The theory of the technology of non-contact three-dimensional topography ofobject is phase measurement profilometry. In detail, first, constructed light of specialcharacteristics needs to be acquired, for example, parallel light. Then the special lightshould to be projected to the detected object, and the object is considered as a opticalmodulation to the optical grating stripes. After this,we can get and analyse the data ofphase with reasonable algorithm, then acquire the three-dimensional information andrealize the construction of object. It is the main work of this system to design thesection of the hardware and the software of the system, and to get a system thatcontains projection、camera and computer. The section of the hardware of the systemhas a simple construction, and the section of the processing of the software after theacquisition of the pictures is complex, so the system has a low cost. The main workcan be listed as follows:(1) Introduce the principle of non-contact three dimensional topography of objectfully, especially the theory of phase unwrapping and the theory of the way ofacquisition of three dimensional information.(2) The system takes a simple method, which called phase unwrapping. (3) This paper introduces the image processing after the calibration of the systemand the three–dimensional construction of the object.(4) Export the three-dimensional information from VS2010, and put the data inthe software to show the three-dimensional pattern of the object.(5) Use the system to detect an invasive gypsum、daily cup and disposable cupmade of paper to test the feasibility of the system.
