This article mainly works in three profilometry measurement: Fourier Transform Profilometry (short for FTP) and Phase shift Measure Profilometry (short for PMP) which are widely researched, and a detail is listed after analysis them; and studies on a newly profilometry measurement Wavelet Transform Profilometry (short for WTP), giving a detail about WTP's principle, comparing with the former two measurement technology. After testing the no noise simulation data with those three profilometry technology, an error table is listed to compare with each other. Also using them to process the experimental data, they all show a good results. None of them can void phase unwrapping operation after getting the wrapped phase. And this step is the key to retrieve the object's height. Because of the noise existed, unwrapping phase is difficult, using quality guided by following a noncontinuous path method to unwrap the wrapped phase, the results show good.The author uses the Microsoft Visual C++6.0 and SGI Opengl 3D graphics engine to develop a 3D measurement software which integrates those three profilemetry technologies, and this is the very innovation aspect in this paper. Especially in the software a filter tool is provided, which use a handwork to select rectangle area can be improve the accuracy of the retrieval wrapped phase when filtering the base frequency in Fourier domain. In WTP, one dimension one row transform is provided to check the interesting information area's exact scale before WTP so as to reduce the noise interfereing ridge points searching algorithm and improve the compution efficiency. The software integrates two phase unwrapped method: Sequential line scanning method (short for SLSM), and quality guided by following a noncontinuous path method. Using Opengl engine the software can display the 3D frequency, and rebuild the 3D object or phase. Also it provides a function tosimulate phase or fringe pattern with or without Guass noise. Software provides a file format with the extension of '.phase' to save the wrapped or unwrapped phase. The input data can be fringe pattern or phase file (just mentioned) so as to retrieve the 3D object information. This is also used to testing the unwrapped phase algorithms.
