Dr. Adleman proposed the theory of DNA computing in the first time. It can successfully solve the Hamilton path problem.Then,many scientists are committed to using DNA computing to solve the problems of graph theory.The final purpose is developed a new type of computer with based on DNA computing,highly running speed and storage of information.With the development of genetics, it was found that the DNA molecules can self-assembly. DNA can also form a hairpin structure in addition to the single, double chain structure.Based on this,reacher puts forward the DNA self-assembly technology and molecular beacon.At present,much attention has been paid to how to assemble among the DNA molecules.It directly affects the progress of DNA computing.Molecular beacon also become a research hot spot due to their unique structure.Under the of the researchers,they discovered that molecular beacon has many special properties.These properties has been widely applied to computer science, medicine, engineering and other scientific research areas.On the basis of the predecessors,this article mainly research and discuss the combinatorial optimization problem and the logic gate.It is embarks from the molecular beacon and DNA self-assembly techniques.Firstly,it introduce the background, status and development of DNA computing. Secondly,it is set forth some basic knowledge of DNA computing, molecular beacon and DNA self-assembly technique.Molecular beacon as a special DNA probe is the result of its special hairpin structure, this structure gives it super specific recognition ability of the target sequence.It is a hairpin that structure of Molecular beacon.This structure gives it super specific recognition ability of the target sequence.DNA self-assembly is a process that small molecules into large molecules.It rely on non covalent bonds between the molecules.Generally, we can control DNA self-assembly process with join DNA dissolve enzyme or change temperature.It is very simple and convenient.Now,researchers have begun to focus on the molecular self-assembly two-dimensional structure.we commonly used is DNA single and double chain as components.But these assembly components for coding requirements is higher, he special structure of molecular beacons just can make up for the shortage.So,it is establishes that the whole error permutation problems based on DNA self-assembly model and XOR computation model of DNA self-assembly based on molecular beacon.These models make full use of the advantages of the molecular beacon as assembly unit and DNA molecular self-assembly ability,to a certain extent, the model is optimized,reducing the experimental error caused by biological action too much.Finally, summarized and further research direction is given.
