Mobile learning can provide new ideas and new methods for traditional education, so it has been moreand more popular with the prevalence of autonomic learning and individualized learning.Because mobilelearning can make learning on demand at anytime and anywhere, and also is an important kind of lifelonglearning and informal learning, thus the status of mobile learning will be more and more important in thefuture education and learning.With the continuous development and innovations of the mobile Internet anddigital technology, the function of the mobile terminal equipments such as tablets, multifunctional smartphones and electronic readers is richer and richer while the price is lower and lower. the underway ofmobile learning needs to carry the mobile terminal equipments, so it bring more opportunities for thedevelopment of mobile learning.APP is short for application in English as a collectively name includingmobile phone applications and tablet applications, which is dedicated to run on a mobile phone ortablet.Because APP needs to carry tablets and smart phones to run, and possesses the characteristics ofpersonality, flexibility, and fully meets the demands of learning at anytime, anywhere,it will be one of themost convenient mobile learning applications in the future.Today, APP as an important part of intelligent system has penetrated into every corner of our life,study, work, entertainment and so on.Based on mobile terminal equipments, this study from theperspective of mobile learning’s favorable experience and interactivity, first by the literature analysis andcase analysis, to comprehend the present situation, development trend and advantages, as well as thedeficiencies of mobile learning system. Its targeted is too strong, so that it has some limitation forwidespread learners. In addition, there are some other shortcomings such as homogeneity, a lack ofperspective, Content stereotypes, poor interactivity and coarse made.Through the questionnaire survey tounderstand the current status of the use of mobile learning APP and needs, and analyse the need fromapplicability and learnability. Then through the analysis of the factors and situation which APP designneeds to consider, to generalize that the mobile learn APP design need to follow two basic principles tomake foundation for the further design.At last, combine the demand analysis with the basic designprinciples, form the structure model and function modules of mobile learning APP from a new perspective of attaching great importance to the experience and interactive, with learners as the center and learningresource as the base,and make detailed division and explanation to the whole structure model and thefunction of each functional module.This research embarks from the direction of the digital multimedia, stands in the point of the learners’good experience and generalizes the mobile learn APP principles of design standards.With mobile terminalequipments as the carrier, constructs the structure model of mobile learning APP that with learners as thecenter, learning resources as the base. Through it, the researcher hopes to make foundation for the furtherdevelopments of mobile learning APP.
