The rise of social networking sites caused a social revolution, while mobile socialapplication promotes social activities to a new level. The rapid development of science andtechnology and the busy pace of life are not dilute the social needs of people, But expand theneeds of users from more efficient level. More and more users keep contact with his or herfriends through mobile social application in a busy life, this high-tech social way overcomemany limitations and get people closer together.The homogenization tendency in current mobile social networking application isbecoming more and more serious, how to talent showing itself and win the users· long-termlove has become a major concern of social mobile application operators. This paper based onthe study of theory related to psychology and user survey. Tries to put forward new strategiesand methods from the oretical and systematic level for the mobile social application userviscosity enhancement.This thesis launches the research from psychology related theory and user survey, mainlyfrom the three perspectives: motivation theory, social psychology theory and cognitivepsychology. The cognitive psychology is of great significance to enhance the users·satisfaction on the application user interface, customer satisfaction is a powerful guarantee foruser viscosity enhancement; Behavior motivation theory and social psychology can stimulatethe user and enhance the user behavior so as to enhance the user viscosity. According to thisthree aspects we made a full range of investigations, based on user survey concluded that theinfluence factors on mobile social application user viscosity. After clear the effect factors,making an analysis combine with the existing examples and find out the influencing factors inthe actual case design. On the basis of this, we finally concluded the mobile social applicationuser viscosity enhancement method and demonstrate the method through a practical casedesign.
