| Recent years, the main work of “Digital Campus” has been gradually transformed fromhardware construction for the development of software applications, how to provide moreconvenient, efficient and effective services to users through software applications are thefocus of research in this field. Form has been an important way for school to get information,along with the deepening of education reform in our country, the number of universityteachers and students, the school education resources and educational activity has beenexpanding, so the information collection requirements on the number and content of form hasincreased significantly, quick access to the information required increasingly urgent,traditional campus form production, distribution, acquisition and submission has beendifficult to meet the current business requirements. But several existing solutions in “DigitalCampus” are unable to make the customers satisfied whether in the convenience orefficiency.The project draws on the program of combining SolidWord Enterprice PDM and Wordto build Auto-fillable Form Generator in enterprise data management, aims to proposea suitable solution for campus environments, by analyzing the relationship between themetadata of Word forms and Web forms, the program uses the way of combining Word andWeb to construct a data structure which can meet the automatic conversion of forminformation in different browsing mode, and achieve form transformation by using VBA andJSP. Data fields in the table were named by using the data standard provided by the Ministryof Education, which allows the system to achieve sharing data with school resources andavoids the system into the situation of “island of information”.Putting the system into use fill the lack of form application in “Digital Campus”,it provides more convenient service to staff and students, and improves theschool departments office efficiency, all the same time, the portability of the system make ithas a good reference. |
