With the advent of the information age, a variety of new media whichare in the form of digital network permeated every corner of the socialdevelopment and social life with a fast and strong attitude. The rapiddevelopment of network media, mobile phone media, LED media,induction device media and other new media forms in the past few yearshas attracted people’s attention. At the same time, the rise of new media hasopened up a new platform for advertising creative and visual performances,provided a new mode for the communication of advertisement as well. Thenew form of new media advertising are gradually replacing the traditionalprint media advertising and occupying half of the advertising market for itsunique dynamic, interactive and other advantages. The new media makesup for the deficiency of the traditional advertising effectively with itsinteractivity, accuracy and diversity. It overturns the traditional advertisingmethods, transcending the traditional media with a new way ofcommunication.The paper is starting from the point of view of art design, as thebackground of the development status of new media and new mediaadvertising, adopts the research method of literature, case studies,comparison analysis and synthetic generalization. Through a lot of objective analysis on the current situation of China’s new media advertisingdesign, it could be found the existing design problems of the new mediaadvertising design and the necessity and feasibility of the visual dynamicdesign of the new media advertising. Combining with the characteristics ofnew media, explored the visual dynamic design methods and key pointsand its value for the development of new media advertising by analyzingsome of the excellent cases.Visual dynamic of new media advertising of this study was designedas the starting point of the characteristics of new media advertising, learnedfrom foreign advanced design concepts and outstanding cases, explored thedesign methods and key points of new media advertising visual dynamicfrom interaction, media integration, technology integration and innovationmode. Summarized the application value of new media advertising visualdynamic design, look forward to the development trend of new mediaadvertising in order to make the realization of the maximum transmissionof advertising information and to beautify the new media visualenvironment as well.
