Organization Optimization Research On Electric Communication Engineering Project Management

There are many problems in the management of electric communication engineering project which seriously influence and restrict engineering project management at present. According to the characteristics of electric communication engineering project,based on actual project management,this paper researches and analyzes for electric communication engineering management,adopts advanced and reasonable project management methods,combines scientific organizational structure optimization methods,achieves effective control and optimization on project schedule management of electric communication engineering.Through detailed analysis of the characteristics and forms of the engineering project management organizational structure,combined with present situation and problem analysis of organization structure management of electric communication engineering project in Ordos electric power bureau,analysis origination need of electric communication engineering project management,and carried on organizational structure optimization from internal and external aspects. In the end,the organizational structure optimization strategy is put forward for electric power communication engineering project management and carries on effective analysis.Combine case analysis with theoretical research,the paper researched electric communication engineering project management in Inner Mongolia power grid, established the control method on organizational structure optimization of electric communication engineering project in Inner Mongolia power grid,and put forward corresponding optimization strategy,and which has important guiding significance to electric communication engineering project management in Inner Mongolia power grid.
