Nowaday, Development of the test equipment and related technologies that canaccurately test the muscle strength is not yet mature. the trainees are difficult to obtainaccurate dynamic data effectively. Then needs through the corresponding power testequipment to detect accurate dynamic data.In this research, a new kind of dynamic data detection method was put forward,Tester was asked to do leg flexion and extension movement on the instrument while thekinetic data generated in the process of testing was collected, analyzed, dynamically andreal-time displayed, recorded and kept by the instrument.The test theory model of human lower limb power dynamic data was established.Make the strength, speed and acceleration analysis for the theoretical model. And draw thecorresponding curve graph, Proved that the lower limb strength can be accuratly reflectedby the theoretical model. Developed a new mechanical structure of a new lower limbstrength dynamic data tester.Applicated the Solidworks and ANSYS software to establish the three-dimensionalfinite element model of lower limb strength tester, and the main mechanical parts of thetester was statics analysised by the ANSYS finite element. Through the results of theanalysis proved that, the mechanical structural design of lower limb strength tester canmeet the strength requirement in the process of testing.Based on the design concept of virtual instrument, applicated for the mainstreamsoftwarein in the field—LabVIEW to established the measurement and control system.Design the hardware and software structure of system,chose to the data acquisition cardPCLD–8710and Ul terminals PCI-1710of Yanhua company.composed of signaldisposal unit, write the application program, analyzed the collected signal processing withthe help of computer. Make the test system has the reliable and efficient data acquisitionand processing capacity.The experiment verificated that, the tester can accurately test the tester powerdynamic data of the lower limbs. Provides the theoretical and technical support forscientific and effective training of human lower limb strength.
