In modern society, as the rapid development of scienceand technology, rehabilitation medical industry is summarized as the sunriseindustry, especially the evaluation of rehabilitation. for patients, after the rehabilitationtraining for a period of time in the correct and scientific assessment, they can be aware oftheir future working directions, and meanwhile it also has greatly encouragement andpromotion for the patients’ psychology and confidence; for the treatment group, theeffective evaluation to treatment for feedback not only can obtain thetreatment experience, but also can take more detailed treatment measures, providingtheoretical and practical basis for the patients who will treated properly with the next step;besides, for the related industries, it will greatly enrich the rehabilitation medicalsystem, encouraging for the development of the medical industry. To use the ancientidiom, we can call it “Shooting two birds with one stone”.Firstly, the lower limb rehabilitation robot at home and abroad development statusand development trend of plantar pressure measurement acquisition system are analyzedand studied,in order to evaluate the rehabilitation of patients effectively; we need to designa data acquisition system so as to research to evaluate the system relatively intuitive andeffective.In the body structure of the lower limb rehabilitation robot which have been developedby the lab, combined with the subject of the research content, and the analysis andresearch of rehabilitation evaluation strategy has been carried on, it can be assumedthat the design and construction of rehabilitation strategy and in accordance with suchstrategies for data collection system in order to collect the plantar pressure which can becomparison of the plantar pressure data to do the preliminary study ofrehabilitation evaluation.Data acquisition system is based on the plantar pressure test personnel for thecollection data, after the selection and research of the sensor, design and constructionof the preamplifier circuit, the selection of data acquisition card and the software systemplatform which is known for its graphical programming language LabVIEW, we designthe plantar pressure data acquisition system based on virtual instrument.After the completion of the acquisition system to build the necessary data comparisonexperiment, through the normal plantar pressure data comparison, we can get the analysis curve. It is divided into the contrast data on the ground and in the lower limbsrehabilitative robot on the data, After verification, the acquisition system can be verygood to transfer data to a spreadsheet file through which can get the mean error curves.According to the curves, we can lay a good foundation for the next assessment workresearch.
