In twenty-first Century, the competition between countries will happen in the talentcompetition. In China, the examination is used as a selection of outstanding talent. It is notonly related to the training and selection of talent, but also related to social development.However, there are still some candidates with fluky psychology that want to pass theexam by irregular ways. In this paper, we have designed and implemented an examineeidentity authentication system to deal with the cheating problem. We do a lot of researchwork on the working principle and application fields of non-contact IC card and theFingerprint identification technology’s unique advantages in process of identityauthentication. We put forward the solution which combines the ID card and fingerprintcharacteristics under the thinking of functional requirements. We also fully work out thestructure of software system and specific functions on the base of Technical analysis.The system runs on the handheld terminal equipment. It is safe、reliable and not easy todamage. The research and analysis is based on of existing mobile technology which canacquire the examinee information accurately and efficiently. The ID information verification,fingerprint verification and image contrast are integrated into the handheld terminalequipment. The main technology is the IC card identification. Using the fingerprint todetermine the examinee identity is a very reliable method, which relates to the technicalfingerprint image processing, including image gray scale, image threshold segmentation. Thephoto verification is the supplement to the previous two ways, need invigilators field artificialcontrast, ensures the real-time image information. It can effectively prevent the candidates forthe substitute and a forged ID card cheating behavior. It will greatly reducing themanagement workload、improves the work efficiency and avoids man-made errors.We also tested the system functions. By analyzing the test results and data, the systemfunctions have been realized basically, which can satisfy the actual demand of examineeidentity verification test. At the last of the paper, some improving suggestions forimprovement and optimization scheme are put forward for the system in later reference.
