As the examination on selecting talents, the qualification and tskills authentication extended into application degree, how to guarantee the fairness and the objectiveness of examination is a question which urgently awaits to be solved. The thesis is studied for the new examinee identification system combined with IC card and fingerprint identification technology .The specific content is as follows :Ingerprints as human biological features has the characteristics of Portability, uniqueness and acceptability. The IC card as modernized new data carriers in portability and storage has it's own advantage. this paper puts forward a new kind of examinee identification method, it can reduce check burden of the examiners, solve the problem that the subjectivity of traditional artificial detection and the easy pseudo of paper certificates, in reducing the examinee qualification exam of paper pass judgement and dependence ,avoiding the phenomenon that someone else replaces tester to take examination.At the pretreatment stage, aiming at the characteristics of fingerprint image in gray distribution and grain distribution , the thesis puts forward a enhancement algorithm , combined with various fields feature analysis.Experiments showed that the algorithm enhancing efficiency is remarkable.On the phase of feature extraction , extracted fingerprint characteristic points (triangle point, center, endpoint bifurcation point),and the Assembling of the topological structure are researched. the whole topology structure is desecrated by using the details of the extracted image characteristics ,In the later stage of fingerprint image contrast matching .the identification and verification of image is completed, using alignment algorithm of topological structure.Software design and programming realization are Implemented according to the working principle to accomplish examinee identification system , and based on the wide application of information industry in reference embedded system .Takeing the advantage of TMS320C6713 ,made by TI company, as 32-bit floating-point type chip to process image , have designed the general structure of the embedded examinee identification system , and the specific software working process was studied.
