The IT system is the key link and the most important component of the business process. The availability of the IT system and the ability of disaster recovery directly affect the business’capability to progress continually. The purpose for enterprise and government is to establish the IT system with greater convenience and increased capacity of data disaster recovery is to ensure survival and continued operation of the organization. Despite the location, scale of enterprise, and industry which they operation (single or various), it cannot withstand the loss of business process or economy. With continuous improvements including loss of data and the service for customer break, the IT system with a high usability to recover data for the disaster is an essential contemporary cornerstone to keep an organizations’service stable and assists in continued future develops. The database system has proven to be more effective than other existing information system with regards to information data collection. This is the lifeline determining the enterprises usability and ability of withstanding disastrous events, also affecting business data of and security; all the factors combined defines the capacity for the company to carry on. Some of the core telecommunications network equipment takes a critical role in the operation of the devices’ability to continually conduct business and directly affect disaster control, which in turn influences the viability of the national economy. The dissertation is designed for Microsoft MSCS and Oracle Data Guard programmed and scripted by the original organic two separate technologies. These were effectively combined to form high-availability disaster recovery systems applications that rely on dual database systems for data redundancy, hardware redundancy, and software redundancy of the three redundant high-availability disaster recovery system. This system can produce data within a short time according to set guidelines for the use of different failure fast and efficient automated solutions or service to the system normal operation. In many solutions, Data Guard with MSCS with the combination of the application process in the real world can be a good utility to improve database security and disaster response in the system to automate processes. Local remote Quick Reply produced high quality results to improve the database for the system’s high availability purposes.
