The Design And Implementation Of Video Management Systm Based On GIS

Geographic Information System (GIS) technology is developing much moremature in recent years,also used in more fields. Currently,GIS has made a bigdifference in public security.In recent years,China has strongly advocated theconstruction of safe city,so video management scheduling system is especiallyimportant.To make sure the city video surveillance data resources can be efficientlyutilized,this thesis aim to implement a digital video management system,commitanalysis of WEB technology,streaming media technology,front-end acquisitiontechnology,ArcGIS secondary development of technology, mobile technology andvideo coding technology,and use these technologiesin system design anddevelopment,also try to develop video management with scheduling system whichbased on combined GIS space analysis and urban video surveillance system. Systemmainly include a position manage module,track management module,Monitormanagement module,focus point command module,and so on,has achieved aomnibearing track search function,video search functions, vehicles dispatch function,focus points commit function and other functions.This thesis aims to implement a system to deploy and manage mobile videocapture devices in multiple locations,making video surveillance system fast andflexible possible,so as to realize the key features of dynamic security protectionsystem,it aims to help police officers can respond to unexpected security incidentsmore quickly and effectively,also to help build a harmonious city.
