With the widely used in automated production line of automatic COG(Chip On Glass) hot pressing machine in the consumer electronics, at the same time, in order to fit automotive electronics and other products and the development trend of liquid crystal display products of the small, thin, lightweight and portable, automatic COG pressing machine must be required to be of higher precision,efficiency and stability.This paper is based on the productive needs of the automatic COG pressing machine better meeting the components of small size and high precision in the future.And as a means of the method of finite element and dynamic design and the theory of motion control and pattern matching, the structural design of three coordinates positioning platform with high-speed and high precision, the control algorithm of acceleration and deceleration, the interpolation algorithm and the key technologies of visual positioning are systematically studied. Also the three coordinates positioning platform is built out.By the experiment verify the accuracy and design.The research works of the thesis is given in the following.First, introduce the development of COG technology at home and abroad and the major technical indicators and working ways of the first full-automatic COG thermal-pressing machine in china.Second, Design and manufacture of the three coordinates stationary platform. And also propose the finite element method with static and dynamic characteristics of the positioning platform with high-speed and precision. Otherwise discuss the mechanical behavior of XY positioning platform in the case of different loads and analyze the inherent frequency and modal shape of the XY positioning platform. Finally achieve the dynamic design of the structure of the XY positioning platform with high-speed and precision on the base above. Sports organization in accordance with this equipment requires complex and the high quality, the key to close the servo motor control of light which is carried out in-depth studies and the use of their respective performance characteristics of equipment to exercise and position control.Finally,the high precision requirement of equipment alignment is ensured according to technology of image recognition system in this system. Then the image recognition technology is fully analyzed and the image recognition system is designed to make it identification and alignment to the glass up and down with the PLC,Three coordinates stationary platform together and the high-precision alignment to the platform of the equipment up and down is achieved. The equipment of high-precision to man. experiments prove, in the identification of technology to achieve accuracy and effectively guarantee the accuracy of the equipment is old, and greatly enhanced the efficiency of the operation of equipment.
