With the increasing demands of the material properties, the equipment ofElectro-hydraulic Pulse Test Machine to measuring the mechanical properties ofmaterial also is rising. Traditional test machine of control system has a low measuringaccuracy and poor stability, is no longer able to meet the needs to the market projects.In order to solving these problems, to design an intelligent test machine controlsystem is urgent. The system realizes the intelligent control to the test machine. Thearticle mainly contents are as follows:Some structure function of the Electro-hydraulic Pulse Test Machine and theinsufficient parts of the electrical control were introduced, and the working principleof the hydraulic oil system was analyzed. Then, the article proposed theElectro-hydraulic Pulse Test Machine of control schemes, which included the PLCelectrical control scheme, embedded intelligent control scheme, bus integrated designmeans.The hardware circuit of the test machine of intelligent control system is proposedwas designed, and the whole hardware design scheme and was proposed, which usedthe embed system as the core, adopted a bus structure, and integrated a variety ofcontrol ways. The hardware circuits of the test machine intelligent control systemconsists of the data processing module, the display module, the information collectionmodule, and the communication module. The data processing module was built up bythe hardware module, which with the CPLD and STM32F103ARM as the centerprocessor unit; Kinco display terminal designed using the ET070LCD screencontroller, which produced by Kinco company; the information collection circuit wasprimarily designed to collect the value of the displacement and hydraulic; thecommunication module circuit was combined by the RS-485interface, CAN interfaceand a wireless interface circuit.The Application Control software was designed for the test machine ofintelligent control system, which divided into three layers: the operating system layer,the bottom driver layer and the application layer. Modular designing ways wereadopted, such as the data acquisition module, the data analysis module, the datastorage module and reporter analysis module. In the system, there offers three control modes, the LCD touch screen control, the PC remote Control and the wirelessterminal device control. Ultimately, intelligent measurement and control was realized.Through the debugging of the Electro-hydraulic Pulse Test Machine ofintelligent control system hardware and software, and the testing of the mainly part ofthe functions and performance, there are confirmed the feasibility of the systemdesign scheme. Finally, the whole system was tested, and the experimental data wasanalyzed.
