Media technology is a huge driving force for media production, its developmentand innovation in order to determine in what way the media development. Needlessto say, the spread of technology upgrades and updates bound to promote thedevelopment of the media industry, but in all aspects of media production process,what what kind of technology for the media industry to provide the most support,technical updates there in the end the media to promote the media industry whichaspects of the upgrade? In this paper, the development of China’s media industry tocarry out technical factors affecting empirical research. Because every aspect ofmedia technology throughout the entire industry, we generally follow the ideaspublished in print, radio and television network is filtered to the availability of datafor the condition developed18technical indicators. Correspondingly, in the mediaindustry, we selected the newspapers, radio and television industry development andmobile Internet three typical forms of media. Statistics and data processing by spsssoftware, in order to investigate the influence of media technology on the level ofdevelopment of China’s media industry.Based on the study on the basis of the main draw the following conclusions:Newspaper industry media technology for media production, profitability and abilityto enhance the consumer audience,but have no effect on the development of theadvertising; Radio and television technology for media production, profitability andability to enhance the consumer audience,but have no effect on the development of theadvertising; The positive impact of new media technologies in all aspects of the mediaindustry development; Traditional media use Internet technology to obtaindevelopment opportunities. Finally, conclusions based on the development trend ofthe media industry based on technical factors: Traditional media technology to seekmulti-faceted integration of digital communication technologies under a unified mediaforms and Internet technology precision of lower advertising. Also proposed strategy:Traditional paper media to actively explore digital publishing; radio and televisionmedia to build the brand through new media technologies; online mediatechnology-driven innovation; mobile new media to explore customized services.
