In recent years，with the rapid development of microblog，it has become the firstchoioce for netizens to obtaining and sharing information and giving opinions andrelieving their feelings．in the meantime,the phenomenon of gathering comments inmicroblog has started to enter public life．It has become the important mechanism oflaunching the power of netizens and gathering intelligence and embodying the publicopinion．It has a profound impact in all aspects of life．Based on this background，this paper will combed the historical trace of thephenomenon through some cases and explore the concrete forms from differenttypes．Then，through the in-depth analysis on the internal and external environment，trigger events，mental schema and the main interaction of Tweet Viewer，we foundthat the internal and external environment is the basis of the phenomenon，triggerevent is external stimulation, and mental schema is the intrinsic motivity,interaction isthe direct motivity．In the interaction of these four factors，the phenomenon hasexperienced a long process includes fermentation，eruption，peak，repeatedlyeruption and recession．In this process，it showes some recessive and unique features，such as opinion leaders control the discourse right，and the platforms set the agendainteractively，and“panoramic prison”and“common scene prison”coexist．Througha macroleve survey，we found that this phenomenon strengthen the power of thesupervision by public opinion，and reconstruct the overall pattern of public opinionand open up new ways for public opinion．in The end，this paper will also point outthe problems existing in the phenomenonand and recommend appropriate solutionssuch as the government should promote the information disclosure，netizens needimprove themselves，the society can cultivate some responsible opinion leaders．...
