Information technology is a key for the Rural Credit Cooperatives to keep astable operation and enhance the competitive power in the age of Internet economy.As the service integration sustains, undergoing a process of boosting efficiency andprofit in business, the serving system, a core of trades executing, is getting socomplicated, bloated and difficult to maintain that the transaction response time has atrend to keep rising.Therefore, strengthening the management and ensuring thesecurity, stability, continuous operation of the core serving system, has become thelifeline of survival and development of the Rural Credit Cooperatives.Given allabove,it is deadly necessary to develop a trading analysis tool for current core servingsystem and meet the requirements of operation and R&D department of the RuralCredit Cooperatives.Ground on researches by scholars at domestic and abroad, I researched today’sbanking information technology risk management and Banking’s IT operationsmanagement theory. I analyzed the blank area of current core business trading systemoperational monitoring means in the Rural Credit Cooperatives by grasp the trendingof current core business trading system operational monitoring means in in the RuralCredit Cooperatives and predicament of Rural Credit Cooperatives core businesstrading system operational monitoring system in Hunan. By combine ITIL and ITSM,I proposed new methods which can real time monitor the core business trading systembased on the platform of J2EE which contain B/S system structure and build onNetwork data acquisition and reorganization and TDS.Then according to the realistic core business system circumstance of RuralCredit Cooperatives in Hunan province, this paper applies the crucial techniquesmentioned above into designing and achieving the trading analysis assessment systemfitting Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives. This system could analytically evaluate andachieve daily monitor of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives’ core business systemtrading successfully. By analyzing and assessing Rural Credit Cooperatives’ tradingresponse situation, trading error situation and trading control performance, it couldachieve the purpose of monitoring the system’s running condition instantly.Simultaneously, it could distinguish, analyze and forewarn the security vulnerabilityof the whole system and the information technology risk due to design reasons. According to relevant assessment results, this paper also provides concrete and clearapproach for optimization work of research and development department. Thus itproposes relevant risk strategy and system optimization plan to meet the need of R&D,regulation and operation.This paper consists of four parts which are introduction, analysis of the keytechnology and principle,system requirements analysis,system design andimplementation. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and empiricalresearch, the analysis in this paper spare no effort in accuracy, preciseness andcompleteness.
