With the rapid development of mobile communication technologies andintelligent terminals, the smart phones, tablet PCs and other mobile clients have bee nwidely used in people’s lives.Thus the Mobile Banking software based on the clientshas won the opportunity for development. At present, the domestic banks haddeveloped mobile banking application multi-specialty products within the bank fortheir own users, and could not achieve the interbank payment. It’s bad for the ease ofuse, and also not a effective integration of resources.This article is trying to develop a Mobile Banking application software toachieve inter-bank transaction by combining the current rapid development ofAndroid clients and designing Android phone banking system, the research hasseveral key features: Firstly, it can conduct banking inquiries, transfers, payment andother basic banking operations. Secondly, the payment function can be realized indaily life. Lastly, it is able to provide weather, exchange rates, stock market and otherpersonalized services. With this product, we can achieve effective integration ofresources, improve economically underdeveloped regions, and enhance theconvenience of residents of production and life.On the based of an in-depth study of both the current trend intelligent terminalsand mobile banking software development background worldwide and the combiningwith the current mainstream Android mobile operating system and client mode mobilebanking. This paper designed a Mobile Banking software based on Android system.The specific works are as follows:1.The study analyzes the characteristics and structures of the Android system,introduces its structure and working mechanism of the application and make s acomparison of the advantages and disadvantages with other mobile operating systems,and shows the development advantages of the Android system to design mobilebanking software.2.By fulfiling the functional requirements, UI interface requirements, securityrequirements analysis, the software design hierarchy is divided and the overallframework and business operation processes are designed.3.Based on Linear Layout and various types of build-in controls of Androidsystem, mobile banking system login, balance inquiries, transfers and remittances UI interface, SMS password authentication secure payment system are designed bytaking use of XML statements.4.Some functions and performances of mobile banking system are tested. Theconsistent between design results and requirments is verified.
