Mobile banking service provides the possibility for handling a variety of financial services at any time and any place, and enriches the connotation of banking services. The rapid development of 4G mobile wireless networks and the popularization of intelligent devices create a favorable environment for the development and technical support for mobile banking client application. However, existing mobile banking clients based on Android system show simple functions, which could not meet the various demands of users.Especially, the lacks of customized functions and visualization reduce the attraction of the client system for different customers. Therefore, it has important practical significance to design and implement a mobile banking client system providing r ich functions, excellent user interface, simple and friendly operation in Android devices.In the requirements analysis phase of system development, this paper analyzes the overall demand for mobile banking systems based on the software engineering method. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of bank business, customer base features and characteristics of mobile banking users. Then, this paper analyzes the basic functions required and describes the system design features, including visualization bill analysis function and customizable features. Finally, this paper emphasizes the non-functional requirements of mobile banking client system, especially for the safety of the system.In the analysis and design phase of the system, this paper adopts th e system design method and designs the mobile banking client system based on J2 EE aiming to optimize the overall performance. Specifically, the system satisfies the basic requirements and requirements of visual bill and customization of the customers by thebasic functions and features. Furthermore, the system follows the principle of standard design and separates the data bases of the servers and clients, which ensures the running efficiency and improves the safety and integrality.In the system implementation and testing phase, this paper adopts the dynamical test method to test the dynamical behaviors and the result correctness. The test results tell us that the mobile banking client system runs properly and efficiently on the Android smartphones and other mobile devices. It proves that the system design and development plan are feasible. Furthermore, the designed client system not only could provide the basic functions of the mobile bank, but could provide the customized functions and visualization bill analysis functions for different customers. Through Android phone client design, development and implementation, we hope to provide a reference for the design and development of such applications.
