Lining material used in the induction heating furance a kind of refractories which hashigh machanical strength, high refractoriness, high softening temperature under load,strong chemical stability, good thermal insulation and insulation permance.But theingredient pricision of furnace lining is pretty high, So the lining material batchingproduction line processing involved in this paper by analyzing the process of innovative,process requirements, control requirements,design of mechanicalstructure, and builta platform, the software design of the control system is based on the mechanicalplatform and control hardware platform, and puts forward the application of iterativelearning algorithm in the weighingprocess, improve the control precision, after continueto debug and modify, finally realize the control function.This production line will be feeding,ingredients and packaging are combined into awhole with low cost、high efficiency production line.It has a very important engineeringsignificance and practical application value.According to the work done during the study, the main contents of this article aredivided into four parts. The first part analysis the process flow, process needs and controlsystem requirment of production line, then make control programs. In second part, theauthor design the network of electrical control system, including network structureselection and network solution determined. The third part designed control sysytemsoftware, inluding PLC hardware configuration and control flow of each subsystem andPLC program. The fourth part analyzes key part of the ingredient, weighing mechanismand the mathematical model of the process. Analytical weighing ingredient iterativeself-learning algorithm and computer simulation experiment. The interative self-learningalgorithm eventually be applied to the actual and design the weighing system software.The author in the actual project involved the development of process needs, theoverall plan, the control timing, the overall mechanical structure design, hardware platform building, responsible for the design of thecontrol system software and debug each module,after several debugging modify the basic control needs were realization.
