Design And Implementation Of Bank’s Customer Relationship System Based On ASP.NET

With the rapid development of information technology in human society, thetraditional bank depositors customer relationship management analysis which focusedon the traditional paper-information management processing stages can not meet theprocessing requirements. By artificial handwriting large number of records, reports,files and all kinds of information, so in the traditional bank depositors customerrelationship management analysis, the management work has become cumbersomeand complicated and more time consuming, and the final deal does not accuratelyreflect the results of objective facts. Therefore, the concept of customer relationshipanalysis system brewing out.CRM is a constantly strengthen exchanges of informationwith customers, customer needs understanding and continuously improve and enhancethe continuous process to meet customer demand for products and services.In this thesis, the implementation process of commercial banks customerrelationship management system software is study according to the theory andmethodology of software engineering. Through the analysis of surveys and studies onthe customer relationship management of commercial banks, this thesis analyzes theconnotation of the commercial banks to implement the policy analysis andmanagement of customer relations, customer relationship management systemanalysis and analysis of customer relationship management. Requirements analysis ofthe system was introduced, and the development environment and planning structuresand systems of systems operating mode and the main function modules are established.According to the design of main function modules of software systems, the systemincluding market research management, marketing management, customerinformation analysis and management, user management system and other functionalmodules. And in this thesis, the database system has been designed, including the ERdiagram design and the design of the main data table. Then on this basis, the specificmethod of system implementation is introduced. The implementation of systemuses.NET technology, C#technology and Microsoft SQL Server2000as the datastorage space, the overall design of the system architecture uses B/S structure, and theentire system is tested and analyzed, too.This work in this thesis is based on the in-depth investigation and analysis ofresearch work on commercial bank customer relationship management, and by using of the computer software development technology, the design and implementation ofcommercial banking customer relationship management software system is introducedin detail. The implementation of the system could realize the integration and sharingof information on bank customers, raise the level of customer relationshipmanagement, improve work efficiency and quality, reduce bank customer relationshipmanagement work costs. So, the work of this thesis has some practical value andsignificance.
