For security reasons, China’s commercial banks, the business information system should be upgraded to eliminate artificial set of physical isolation, the effective integration of all types of customers’ business data, prevent information silos, the effective integration of various information resources. In order to make commercial banks have a place in the fierce market competition, effective for all types of customer information collection, processing, integration and sharing, the use of customer data analysis system to classify, locate, evaluate, sort and comprehensive analysis of the commercial banks agency managers to provide effective, accurate, detailed decision-making basis, thereby providing customers with real-time, high-quality financial services. Based on the above background, this paper proposed the construction of a commercial banking institution customer relationship management system, providing customers with a real-time, efficient, high-quality financial information service platform, integration, management, and analysis of customer financial information, to find out the valuable customers for commercial banking institutions to analyze the potential customers and management. Commercial banking institutions built customer relationship management system brings great convenience for bank customers manager.The project in the customer-centric design, the construction of a suitable commercial banking institutions customer relationship management system, which is based onJAVA MyEclipse 5.5.0 platform, JAVA language combined with SQL SERVER 2005 building together. This article briefly describes the database and data warehousing, CRM core idea, and then analyzes the function module bank customer relationship management system, and finally the system to be tested. Bank customer relationship management systemfunctional modules include customer information management, business developmentmanagement, business management, contract management, loan management, and report management. The system is designed to meet the daily needs of the bankaccount manager working to make the management of complex bank financial loan business becomes simplistic.
