In recent years, the electronic commerce industry of our country developsrapidly. Accordingly a greater demand and higher requirements are paid on the netconstruction. Various financial institutions began to work on the network payment,which provides online banking services to the users. But the security and creditproblems caused great stress to the vast number of consumers, businesses andfinancial institutions. Online payment is the essential part of the electronic commerce.If the payment function does not exist, the electronic commerce process will not becompleted. The credit system is not perfect in the domestic market, and people needsafe electronic payment platform to guarantee the smooth implementation of theelectronic commerce. The third party payment platform can be a good solution to thisproblem. The third party payment means independent intermediaries with creditguarantee and the corresponding strength of the gateway interface, some banksaccess to domestic and international payment and settlement services,used this wayto the process of e-commerce transactions to facilitate and support.The third payment platform can provide interface for the merchants and users,and create good operating environment for e-commerce industry, and combine theconsumers, operators, banks, businesses and other scattered organically, so asto achieve a secure connection. This paper studies the related theory of e-commerceand electronic payment, uses J2EE technology, SSH framework technology, B/Sframework and MVC to design the system. The system follow design principle ofsafety, stability, maintainability, expansibility, advanced technology. The systemis divided into three major function modules, which are user services, businessservices and platform management. This paper implements the core businessfunctions, and uses MD5algorithm to encrypt information transmission, simulatesthe CA certification and actualizes the SSL security protocol. The aim of this study isto solve the existing problems in network payment, to secure third party creditsystem, and to provide services for consumers and businesses.
