With the development of industrial production level,Chloroacetic acid is becoming akind of widely used chemical raw material.The chlorination process of chlorinationtechnology with high efficiency, low pollution, has the very good economic benefit,and itsdevelopment prospects is widely favored in the industry.Based on the analysis of theprocess and principle of chloride the control scheme is proposed, and as the starting pointthe conventional PID controller is designed, but this kind of system is not good controlcharacteristic in the nonlinear, big lag and changeable parameter of the control system,so the fuzzy control and neural network method designed and used is applied in theprocess of the existence of the processing.Temperature and pressure controller of Chlorideprocess is designed for stable operation of the system according to the set value.Thespecific content is as follows:Firstly,this article introduces and analyzes the reaction principle of chloroacetic acidchlorination process and technological process.Based on this, the paper presents beforeand after the start control tasks,According to the technological process and controlschemes formulates control flow chart,and on the basis of the overall process conditionsmakes the whole process control plan.Secondly,this paper correctly handle the relations among chlorine gas flow rate,pressure of reaction kettle and disturbance quantity in chloroacetic acid chloride processand research on control modes in detail.Double closed-loop control structure was designed,in view of the inner ring structure the paper establishes the fuzzy rules table, designs thefuzzy controller,and in External ring structure designs of the fuzzy PID controller in orderto improve the adaptive ability of controller for the system. Fuzzy PID controller with PIDand fuzzy controller are simulated, and the results are compared and analyzed theadvantages and disadvantages of each controller。The comparison results show that thefuzzy PID controller in rapid, stable and control range has obvious advantages.Finally,this paper designs controllers of the reaction kettle temperature control loop,and introduces methods the neural network PID controller for temperature controlsystem.On the basis of traditional control and neural network to four different controlleris designed. The simulation results will be compared the results of three kinds of controller,in order to analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the controller,Comparison resultsshow that neural network PID controller is faster, more stable, more suitable for reactionkettle temperature control system.
