| In the domestic vitriol industry, tube-crust anode protection cooler of oil of vitriol is widely used. It is the equipment that is used to change heat in the absorption tower circle system of vitriol production process. It is one of fundamental precondition which make the smelt smoke manufacture vitriol system do well, whether the cooler can run in order. Without the function of automatic controlling the vitriol temperature, it must be equipped the automatic controlling system of vitriol temperature to avoid generation in exceeding temperature.The thesis studies the feature such as delayed property and periodicity that are showed in the spot when the vitriol temperature changes with the converter production. Based on the practice experience, the character of the smoke density changes with the periodicity of the converter production, and the infection for vitriol temperature of the current of SO2 fan, the author realize the automatic control of vitriol temperature through adjusting the current of SO2 fan. The paper shows the numerical method of controlling vitriol temperature for PLC, the out-curve of system, the connection drawing and anti-jamming measure. The distinguish rate of system, and dimension error is analyzed in the thesis. The author also simulates the implement procession of the control programme and proposes the debug method in spot.The PLC based on 224 CPU of Siemens's S7-200 series is adopted and the strong function of the STEP 7- Micro/Win32 is used to realize the control of the method.The Siemens's text display 200(TD200) for man-machine conversation is used to realize the timely display of the temperature and the current, the setting of the adjust value for various area coverage of the current and the temperature, and the conversion between online modification mode, manual mode and automatic mode. |
