With the continuous development of science and technology people’s life level and livingquality have been advanced fast, the building system of intelligence and humanization is putforward gradually which has been a hot topic of the IT industry to achieve the control of theexisting living or management sites through computer remote access technology, automationtechnology and wireless communication technology. In this paper, WEB technology is used todesign and finish the intelligent building control system which can manage and control the lightnodes of the building. Based on the original performance, this technique further strengthens themultimedia expression and data interaction abilities of WEB technology. The completion of thesystem effectively solves the problems of intelligent building control and multi-user concurrentprocessing.Through investigation and analysis the existing building lamp control system, this paperproposes a solution based on WEB technology for design and implementation. The system mainlyconsists of three parts, client, server and underlying hardware circuit. They execute data interactionby retransmitting the instructions of the bottom layer sent by the client through the server.Additionally, the interface configuration and information storage on the system are completed bychoosing SQL SERVER2008as the background database. Through analyzing the practicaldemands of building management, the system is divided into seven modules, which are the userlogin module, intelligent monitoring module, intelligent strategy module, regional managementmodule, scheduling maintenance module, user management module and alarm setting module.In order to guarantee the integrity and security of the system data, IIS security managementmechanism is utilized to set the system running environment and encrypt the users’ personalinformation. On the other hand, ADO technology is adopted to operate database which not onlyimproves the speed of data processing and also makes the operation more convenient, henceimproving the response efficiency of the system and guaranteeing the stable and efficient operationof the system.After the system is designed and implemented, the main three parts, server, client and databaseare tested module by module, and the results are accurate and excellent. The efficiency achieved forevery function module is within the expected time. According to the actual building structure, actualjoint test is performed on the client software and the underlying hardware, which is successful.Finally, the intelligent building control system based on WEB shows that monitoring building nodestatus with list embedded management possesses the merits of being more intuitive in form and easier for operation which has played a promoting role in the field of intelligent building controlrealization.
