The Motor’s Synchronization Control Of The Circular Crane Of Blast Furnace

As a kind of typical equipment in swing system,the circular crane of blast furnace has extensive function in the factory’s activity. Blast bicyclic ring system uses bicyclic rail bridge crane lifting operations of blast furnace. Crane control system for its conduct research,this article designs the synchronous motor control system,achieving ironworks blast ring out under the background crane ring safe and stable operation.As the traditional blast straight cranes insufficient space on the job,the major steel mills began to ring crane parts put into application. According to the particularity of site conditions and project requirements,requiring both inside and outside the rail wheel carts have the same angular velocity, and this requires the motor speed proportional to the inner and outer rails. Through in-depth study of the crane control system, elaborating on the core issues and key technologies of system design, focusing on the synchronous control strategy carts and inverter mode of communication， and were given their program. Among them,the carts synchronization control algorithms coupled with fuzzy PID control deviation principle,by reading speed encoder feedback both motor and the speed of the two motors are compensated according to the speed difference between the two motors, then achieving synchronous speed of two carts’ motor.Synchronous control strategy makes up the shortcomings of the traditional PID control that can not online tuning the parameters, through the application of the fuzzy control strategy, according to the feedback of motor speed to achieve real-time adjustment of control parameters. Application of fuzzy PID controller in PLC expression in PID parameter fuzzy control query table calls, the query table is stored in the DB data block, convenient PLC for off line query.Through detailed analysis of the process,the use of PLC,inverter,HMI devices s complete the design of the crane control system,achieving precise synchronization with the real-time status monitoring and information system automatically records request carts,and corresponding system debugging combined with the practical problems encountered in project implementation.
