Design And Application About DCS In The AV56 Blast Furnace Fan Of LAIWU Iron&Steel Co. Ltd

This topic details the study and application of the DCS for the AV56 Blast Furnace Fan of Laigang Heat and Power Plant. The Fan unit is controlled by AC800F control system of industrial IT of ABB Ltd and some devices can be controlled automatically by computer.The blast furnace fan is a large rolling device which provides cold winds for the blast furnace that is one of the most important factors which affects the production of the blast furnace in the steel production line. Therefore, we are concerned with the safety and stability when we design the control system. The major designs include the design of control system, the design of instrument system, the design of electrics system, the anti. jamming, the cold winds protection and safety and so on.To fulfill the stability of the control system, we adopt the redundant field bus control system which includes the redundant controllers, the redundant power supplies, the redundant network communications, and the redundant upper computers. The redundant design improves the advancement of the control system as well as the stability of the control system.To ensure the stability, we adopt a series of high value and high stability special instruments when we designed the instrument system. Concerned the advancement of the instrument system, there are interfaces in the instruments with which the instruments can communicate with the control system. These improve the automation degree of the whole system and improved the insurance for the system's running.Except for the normal lower voltage loop, we design a double power supplies switch device that when a supply has trouble another one can be used automatically.
