The development of modern manufacturing enterprises to agile manufacturingenterprises is an inevitable trend of historical development. MES (ManufacturingExecution System), a basic means for enterprises to realize agile manufacturing, isable to realize the transparency of the black box of the product manufacturing process,as well as the seamless docking of the information between the project managementand the workshop directors, which helps the enterprise to well adapt to the changingmarkets. For the agricultural machinery enterprises which are based on the discrete,supplemented by the process, and focused on the assembly, it is important both intheory and practice to explore the MES under agile manufacturing mode, which canhelp to carry out the agile manufacturing of enterprise products, and to improve thecore competitiveness of enterprises.In view of the lack of complete MES solution to the current agriculturalmachinery industry and mature MES products, the paper studies system scheme ofMES of agricultural machinery enterprises. First of all, the paper should combine thecharacteristics of the tractor manufacturing with the present situation of Y productionmanagement, and the method of system analysis and modeling are applied to therequirements analysis of MES of Y agricultural machinery enterprise needs analysis,and the overall design goals, principles and system hierarchy model of MES areproposed. In addition, the article establishes the model of the whole function of thesystem based on IDEF0. And then, the system overall design are carried out by use ofnetwork technology and database technology, including the design of system physicalconfiguration scheme, system network structure, system function module and database.The detailed system design is performed on the basis of the overall design, only thekey modules of the production management are studied. In the end, the paper proposesthe MES project implementation plan of Y enterprise, including project schedulemanagement, communication management, quality management, risk management andso on, and evaluates the efficiency of the implementation of MES. The MES system which had studied in this paper is provided with tracking theproduction queue, recording and tracking the vital parts, real-time materials tracking,dynamic quality control, displaying real-time plans and implementation by the way ofLED, instructing production assembly and other functions. It is able to promoteenterprise to respond quickly to market, short date of changes of the production plan ina single plug and withdrawals and other uncertainties, improve production efficiencyand agile manufacturing capabilities. The MES exchanged data with SAP and otherinformation systems, to realize the integration of information flow and improveproduct quality and work efficiency. The paper research lays the theoretical foundationfor agricultural machinery enterprises to realize agile manufacturing, and providesreference for the establishment of a complete and unified MES of agriculturalmachinery industry.
