Design And Implementation Of Manufacturing Enterprise Production Planning Management System

With the coming of the Industrial 4.0,manufacturing enterprises are also facing new challanges,and the traditional manufacturing enterprise production management system already can not adapt to the development of today's society.The paper,which bases on the present situation of manufacturing enterprise production planning management,aims at improving the effectiveness,scientific nature,timeliness and accuracy of the manufacturing enterprise production planning management.The paper,on the basis of feasibility analysis on economy,operation and technology,analyzes the actual business process and the functional requirements of the enterprise,then designs the detailed system function module and program flow,etc,and tests and implements the system function.The system uses JSP,J2 EE platform,AJAX,SQL Server 2012 database and B/S structure technology to realize the function of product data management,production plan management,operation management,warehouse management and purchasing management,realize the effective application of production planning management system and operation.The system can meet the demands of the original design and basically implement the standardized and systematic production management.It partly solves the deficiency in the current production plan management,improves the efficiency of the production operation,simplified the production plan processes,and satisfies the need of the daily production plan management in enterprise.It also consolidates the basis of enterprise development and the design of related system in the future.
