Design And Implementation Of Video Surveillance System Having The Function Of Personnel Intrusion Detection

In order to meet the need that users can browse the video by smart phone mobile, videosurveillance has emerged. Having intelligent processing ability is the direction ofdevelopment of video surveillance and becomes a hot topic in the field of video surveillance.In addition,personnel intrusion detection is widely used in intelligent video surveillance.Themain research of this paper is related to the technology on Android applicationdevelopment,the technology of VFW,Socket transmission,the video coding and decodingalgorithm,intrusion detection algorithm of personnel,jmail technology.At last,two programsbasing on the structure of C\S are compeleted.This system is composed of a computer server and a mobile phone client. The programmodules of computer server include video capture and preview module, video encoding andnetwork transmission module, intelligent processing module, automatic sending email module;The program modules of mobile phone client include the UI interface module, video receivingmodule,video decoding and playing module.In the program of computer server couldcomplete the functions of capturing and previewing the video, compressing the video byH.264,achieving the UDP socket network programming.implement personnel intrusiondetection, automatically saving picture and sending email.In the mobile phone client, whenthe user input computer server IP.it can connects with the server and view real-time video.The program of the system must be tested of the actual using. Compared with thefunctional requirements of the system design,the test results shows that the programs of theserver and client are both good to achieve the original planning function.At last, based on thesummarize of this paper puts forward some improvements and the prospect of furtherdevelopment in the system program.
