With the rapid development of economic, China is building a large scale of high-speedrailway specially for passengers. As the high-speed railway trains run very fast, it putsforward a high requirement for evenness of railways, which greatly improves the requirementof the measurement accuracy. Therefore, the precise engineering measurement turns to one ofthe prerequisites and core links to ensure the quality of high-speed railway engineering.Currently, in the process of high-speed railway projects, the assessment of CPⅢ controlmeasure mostly combines outside measurement and inside processing together. If there comesany unqualified data,you need to re-measure it. On the one hand, the amount of re-measureddata keeps large, on the other hand, it also takes a lot of manpower and time to look for thelocation and to set the equipments. Furthermore, the quality of the re-measured data is stillunknown, which not only extends the evaluation period but also brings great influence onsome extent. Thus, how to find the errors of the measured data in time and how to reduce theamount of re-measured data become one of the problems which needs to be solved urgently inthe tasks of accelerating the progress of the project and improving engineering efficiency.Starting from the view of real-time inspection of the data from field measurement, andcombining with the requirements of measurement and assessment in CPⅢ control network,this thesis designs a set of embedded system which can provide real-time assessment to thedata measured in CPⅢ control network. The system contains the ARM Cortex-M3core, theμC/OS-II, the μC/GUI, Bluetooth communication, nRF communication and so many modelsto realize the reliable transmission and real-time inspection of the data from fieldmeasurement. It also provides timely feedback when the data comes wrong, which not onlyreduces the probability to be re-measured greatly, but also shortens the period of measurementand inspection in the projects of high-speed railway.In data communication, there gives two modes of the wireless data transmission, whichensures the reliable wireless transmission of the data between handled device and ElectronicTotal Station. The results of the experiment show that, the nRF communication and Bluetoothcommunication can complement each other and promote each other, which provides a betterprotection for reliable communication.
