Semantic Web from a proposal to now, more and more attention to individuals, researchinstitutions and business organizations. As the core of the Semantic Web ontology data, mainly described by RDF triples. Recent surge in Internet data, but also to in RDFstatements based ontology data storage is facing increasing pressure, how to efficiently storeand query ontology data has become a hot research. This paper summarizes the analysis of RDF storage systems, RDF query language,non-relational databases distributed Hadoop HBase and the status of the application on thebasis of discussions designed RDF storage model based on distributed HBase store. On thebasis of the storage model, the design of the body to store the table structure. By analyzing theSPARQL query language principles and characteristics, design and implementation of corematching based on RDF triples HBase ’s algorithm, and on the basis of the algorithm isdesigned based on SPARQL graph patterns (Basic Graph Patterns, Group Graph Patterns,Optional Graph Patterns, Alternative Graph Pattern) query matching algorithm. Finally, this paper describes the structures based on the single pseudo-distributed Hadoopand Hadoop distributed cluster two architectures and environments, in this environment, through an experiment to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed ontologydistributed storage and associated query algorithms.
