With the rapid rise of the Internet, and the network resources rapid accumulation,people gradually dependence on the Internet, making Web has increasingly become animportant source of access to information; Semantic description of informationresources, however, is not unified, also let the computer is hard to understand themeaning of all kinds of information resources, increased the difficulty of the computerinformation processing, and even more difficult for users to find the resources needed,prompted the traditional Web to semantic Web. Using Ontology description LanguageOWL (Web Ontology Language) to describe a variety of information resources on theWeb, through semantic information sharing between the computer and also offers anew way to improve the search technology. The semantic Web and informationretrieval of reasoning closely together, can have a good improvement effect on thecurrent search results.This paper discusses in detail the theory related to the semantic Web andinformation retrieval, analysis of the current use of the information retrievaltechnology--the advantages and disadvantages of information retrieval system basedon keywords retrieval and retrieval system in the recall ratio and precision. Thisarticle first introduces the related theory of the semantic Web and ontology, and thenanalyses the characteristics of the traditional information retrieval model, and on thebasis of new information retrieval model was put forward with the combination ofsemantic Web technology. Through the model combining reasoning and searchingbetter, effectively solves the problems of user feedback and improve the quality of theuser query. Compared with the traditional information retrieval model, it further toimprove the quality of the retrieval recall and precision. Are studied in this paper, thesemantic reasoning, then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of descriptionlogic reasoning algorithm, combined with the default logic reasoning algorithm isproposed based on rules, also on the algorithm performance is analyzed.Traditional single-machine environment in the treatment of the ontology dataquery and reasoning performance in such aspects as performance and scalability ofthe serious shortage. With the constant improvement of semantic Web technology, thecontinuous expansion of its, the data volume growth and diversified characteristicsalso gradually be caused a high degree of attention. Open source Hadoop cloudcomputing platform with high performance, easy extension, mass data storage andsuper computing power gradually become the current industry and academia at home and abroad research cloud computing is the most important tool. In this paper, basedon the Hadoop platform was designed and implemented a distributed subsystemsinverted index structure, the paper finally realized the semantic search system basedon Hadoop platform. Using Hadoop data processing, high-performance computingpower, better improve the efficiency of information retrieval. Experimental resultsshow that by ontology information resources can be a very good understanding andprocessing by computer, the semantic retrieval system based on distributed computingplatform, not only can provide better query efficiency, but also in the recall ratio andprecision of information has also got very good improvement.
