The Flow Shop Manufacture Control System is a kind of complicated computernumerical controller, belonging to the industrial pipeline control system. The hardwaredevices can be assembled into an integral one according to the order of manufacturingprocesses with automatic transmission device. We use the hardware and software technologyto coordinate the action of the various parts when doing manufacture processing for thecontrol system.It is widely used in product packaging, product processing, digital productsinitialization (personalizing) and other areas, the typical application is the IC cardinitialization, packaging and all kinds of label printing. With the popularity of The Internet ofthings, IC bank cards and a variety of smart cards, the needs of such equipment will risesharply.The topic is on the background of the development of smart card manufacturingmachinery industry. After having done a lot of survey which is about the requirement forcontemporary flow shop manufacture equipment, the paper summed up the difficulties indeveloping computer numerical control system. Based on the study of Gridware theory forFormal Domain Compute Model proposed by Professor Qi and the Actor model, and GeneralService framework which pre-exist in my lab team, the paper put forward a grid-jack-basedcontrol model for flow shop manufacture system which allows users to quickly develophigh-quality equipments for such flexible control systems.The paper abstracts the flow-shop manufacture and packaging equipment into a flexibleassembly line, and each pipeline is made up of components like conveyers, sensors,processors forming a strong model. These components are described by formal semanticslanguage (FSL). They can be extended by the user in accordance with the specification toform a specific line.The main work to developing a control system using the platform is tostudy the concept and to learn how to use the FSL-based pipeline components. User canvisually design the assembly line, and then extend the pipeline components, making thedesign of the assembly line model "concretization" for the specific control system. The grid-based model for developing control system is a brand new evolution mode, whichbasically abandoned the traditional programming mode, and greatly improves the efficiencyand quality of development supporting the rapid build of flexible numerical control system.
