Under the background of diversified market demands,large-scale production for inventory has become a history.The manufacturing industry is characterized by the production patterns of multi-varieties and small-batch.More and more enterprises are looking for their own production planning system to shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the response speed of the order to improve their competitiveness.This paper takes A company's printed circuit board assembly workshop as its background,integrated with the production planning management theories such as MRP,JIT,and TOC,focusing on the parallel machine scheduling problem of mixed flow shop and the scheduling problem of wave soldering mixed flow production line,establishing the suitable production planning system framework for company A,which solves the production scheduling problem of bottleneck processes,achieving the goal of shortening the manufacturing cycle,reducing work-in-process inventory,improving resource utilization,and fulfilling timely delivery of orders.In view of the peak welding line in the bottleneck process of PCBA workshop,the problems of long manufacturing cycle,low resource utilization and low stock in line are analyzed.According to the actual production characteristics,a new implementation method for production scheduling and planning is put forward for two stages of the parallel machine scheduling problem and the batch scheduling problem optimization of mixed flow production line are applied to the production line of wave soldering.The optimization of hybrid flow shop scheduling problem for parallel machines is based on the deep research of parallel machine scheduling strategy and hybrid flow shop scheduling strategy.With the goal of minimizing completion time and line replacement cost,a hybrid flow shop scheduling model for parallel machines is established,achieving the distribution and sequencing of orders in the parallel machines mixed flow production line.The optimization of batch processing scheduling problem for mixed flow production line is based on a thorough study of the scheduling strategy of mixed flow production line and batch scheduling strategy.A batch processing scheduling model for process constraints is established on the basis of the minimum completion time,realizing mixing production based on batch,batch and sort on the wave soldering line.Finally,the workshop production planning system framework and control methods are integrated into the advanced plan scheduling system,and the implementation plan of the whole production plan containing the parallel machine mixed flow shop scheduling and the mixed flow production line batch scheduling is established,which is applied to the actual production of the A company to achieve good application efficiency.
