With the development of technology and Internet, Customer Relationship Management hasmoved from management theory system into a new business concept gradually. Related statisticsshows that the compound annual growth rate of the software market of global CRM system between2012and2016will reach9.09%. Thus, the demand for CRM system is growing. In all walks of life,the first implementation of the CRM system is the financial industry. With varieties of high-endinformation technology being applied in the CRM system, such as Internet, Artificial Intelligence,Data Mining and Data Warehouse, the financial industry have achieved remarkable results in theprocess of implementation of the CRM system with the support of their powerful technology. Thecommercial bank is the most representative of the financial industry, its’ number of customers showout requirements for CRM system. As the days and months multiplying of bank data, Data Warehousegradually replaced the status of Database and become the main carrier of information of Data Mining.In banking industry, the speed of data accumulating is amazing, how to effectively identify potentialcustomers’information from the mass data of banks becomes the focus now.Against this background, this paper designed a CRM system for commercial bank. First, thispaper took some research on the present situation of domestic and foreign bank using CRM system,then studied the theories involved in designing the CRM system. On the one hand, this paperproposed a bank customer classification based on decision tree, compared to the original method andthe newly proposed method, found that the newly proposed method has certain advantages inefficiency. On the other hand, this paper proposed the bank customer classification algorithm based onclustering algorithm to classify the small samples of customers by fuzzy clustering method, and thenuse the bank customer classification algorithm of decision tree to make a comprehensive classificationof large sample based client, and to determine the classification of reason. Finally, by analyzing thedemand of commercial banks for CRM systems, this paper designed the logical framework and datawarehouse based on the theory of customer unified view, and also designed the main business moduleof CRM system, and apply the data mining into commercial banks CRM system.
