General Secretary Hu Jintao clearly pointed out that give priority to thedevelopment of education education and turn China into a country rich in humanresources in the Communist Party Congress report. With the rapid development ofeducation, standardized tests have access to all forms of selecting talents. Computernetwork marking, with its low scoring error, scoring just high, high resourceutilization rate, convenient for statistics and supervision, and convenient storage andmanagement features for examinations in the field brought significant reform, whichhas attracted wide attention from the society. At present, including the examination,language grade examination, post/qualification examination and many otherlarge-scale examination have adopted network marking technology, and achievedgood social benefits. Online marking refers to the computer network technology andimage processing technology as the basis, to achieve the examination grading fairprinciple as the ultimate goal of a new scoring method. It combines many years oftraditional manual marking of experience and modern high-tech, using test paper andanswer sheet separation way, the objective test by computer automatic judgment,subjective questions by different scoring through the network of teachers in computerto examinee answer electronic images were scored, then automatically by thecomputer system for nuclear and achievement check.This paper expounds the working principle of online marking patterns, analysisand comparison of online marking system’s application present situation, proposed theconstruction of Internet based online marking system design, not only effectivelyreduces the grading error, improve the marking period work efficiency, and formarking the teacher provided larger space and time flexibility.This article is in the Northeast Normal University project " The test platform ofdsideal". I actually participated in the entire project system design, completed thenetwork marking system and the system performance is optimized with respect to thedesign and technical realization.
