With the rapid growth of internet technology, we have entered the web3.0era, which is identifiedas personality、accuracy and intelligence, and represented by big data、We media and social network.In this era, the users feel more and more imperative to be respected for their original work, hopingtheir potential can be fully explored to contribute to creating and information-delivering in the Internetworld. The progress of Web3.0will surely prompt many reforms and improvements within the Internetindustry, especially in the fusion of mass communication, which is mainly represented by TV, andInternet. The unity has the power to re-write the whole media industry.The decline of set in use indicates that traditional TV has gradually move out the center of families.So the traditional media begin utilizing new ways to market and re-communicate, through wechat,micro blog and other SNS social network to realize the interactive process between TV program andInternet. Together with the deep collaboration between the TV production and other means ofcommunication, the whole industry is witnessing a big revolution.From a macroscopic perspective, reforms of cultural department promote the coalition of Press andpublications administration and SARFT(the state administration of radio and television), indicating thatvideo industry is becoming more well-ordered. Confronting with the challenges from new media, theTV media should re-position its strategic location, taking advantages of new media, to become stronger.The combination of TV and Internet will be an ultimate trend, the patterns of Internet program, such aslive performance,omnipresence, quantifiable and highly interactive experience, plus the merit of TVusually characterized as cutting edge production skills and profound understanding of media, will surelybe of great significance in changing the ways that the TV program is produced and in the reforms ofmarketing idea.Taking advantages of the media fusion progress, from the business model perspective,the articlesystematically focuses on how to run business under these new circumstances, hoping through researchon the business model during media fusion, we can discover the hidden rule of that business modeland predict the future situation, which will be of great help for our next exploration in the businessrunning during media fusion era.
